Very friendly staff and doctor. The Doctor was really helpful and gentle with my son. We got really useful information and step by step directions on how the treatment will work. Thank you to the staff and dr. Kortne.

Absolutely amazing experience with Sound Orthodontics. I came in for a second opinion and they were super communicative, diligent, helpful and informative. They took X-rays, pictures, walked me through protocols and answered all of my questions and concerns free of charge. They really care about their profession and what they do and are not in it for just the money. Thank you very much Jen and Dr. Asher Chiu for your guys help, time and professionalism, keep up the great work! On a side note, the rest of the staff were also super friendly and kind, great environment and amazing team.

****It has be 2 years and long overdue for an updated review. The team deserves recognition for always being friendly, quick & efficient with our visits. I appreciate the text reminders and proactive approach with scheduling appointments. My daughter is nearly at the end of her treatment plan and I just recommended this office recently to a family member! *** We had a very easy, pleasant, professional and positive experience during the consultation visit and also when we came in to get my daughter's braces put on in Feb. This rating is based off the last visit for her first adjustments after COVID-19. Check-in staff is great. However our experience with the Orthodontics Dental Assistant and Orthodontic was not so great. My daughter teeth had plague from not properly brushing with braces which is understandable since this is her first time having braces and first appointment since getting them put on in Feb. That's four months since we were able to get scheduled in for her first adjustment. Please be patient and empathetic with your patience and understand that we may have some learning to do with proper braces care but do in a way that's compassionate and friendly, which was n
